These benefits are neither offered nor guaranteed under contract with the FEHBP or FEDVIP, but are available to federal employees, retirees, and select members of the military and their covered family members as a voluntary offering. You cannot file a FEHBP disputed claim about them.
** You do not have to be enrolled in a MHBP medical plan to enroll in the MHBP Dental and Vision Plans. A single annual $42 associate member fee makes all MHBP plans available to you.
