Just give us a call at 1-800-410-7778 to let us know your new address. And we can update our records with your email address and phone number, too. We’re available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, except on certain holidays, so call us when it’s convenient for you.

You may also want to notify your health care providers, your employing office or retirement system, and the plan’s sponsor, the National Postal Mail Handlers Union (NPMHU).
