Our nationwide network of eye care providers, including doctors of optometry and opticians, within LensCrafters, Pearl Vision and Target Optical. You can also use any of the participating independent eye care providers who have doctors of optometry practicing at their locations or nearby.

U.S. Laser Network
U.S. Laser Network works with providers at approximately 600 locations nationwide. With U.S. Laser Network, you can receive 15% off the standard price or 5% off the promotional price at all network providers.
